  • STOP Portal Discussion – Discuss usefulness of training videos on various Portal functions (e.g., generating reports, inventory tracking/adjustments)

  • STOP Portal Updates- Reminder that visit forms can now be edited directly in the portal; review of proper email use for portal accounts.
  • Consent & Resources- Encourage discussions with patients about participation in future CAMH studies; gathered feedback on the usefulness of STOP implementer resources.
  • New Support Opportunity- Monthly optional drop-in sessions now available (starting July 16th, 2025) for additional operational support from the STOP team.​
