STOP in LTC Knowledge Exchange Teleconferences
2025-2026 LTC Community of Practice Meetings
Meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of the month quarterly from 1:00 to 1:30 pm ET (unless otherwise noted). LTC Community of Practice will also be invited to the broader STOP Teleconferences held first Wednesday of the month from 1 pm to 2 pm EST.
