This three-part evidence-based community of practice webinar series available for self-study, Implementing Tobacco Cessation Programming, explores the framework and recommended strategies to successfully implement tobacco cessation within different practice settings.
The series begins with identifying the Centre for Disease Control's Interactive Systems Framework, and how this framework can be adopted into practice. The webinars draw on the experience of MacKay Manor in the addictions sector and Cancer Care Ontario's tobacco cessation implementation within regional cancer programs.
