About CAN-ADAPTT

The Canadian Action Network for the Advancement, Dissemination and Adoption of Practice-informed Tobacco Treatment (CAN-ADAPTT) was a practice-based research network facilitating research and knowledge exchange among providers, researchers and policy makers in the area of tobacco cessation. CAN-ADAPTT aim was to bridge the gap between research and practice.

The vision behind CAN-ADAPTT was: A Canada where health care providers have access to the tools needed to deliver up-to-date evidence-based tobacco cessation interventions to reduce the prevalence of tobacco use and dependence.
