1. Register with NDC by calling Access CAMH
- If you are a new patient, or current CAMH patient, call Access CAMH at 416-535-8501, press 2. Please note patients can self-refer for services at the NDC.
- If you are from a collaborating agency, you can refer patients according to the special pathways designated for your agency.
You will receive enrollment materials including our comprehensive assessment that can be completed online.
2. Attend a virtual or in-person intake appointment with the NDC treatment team to discuss your goals.
3. Receive ongoing support with our treatment team, and have the option to participate in support groups.
4. OPTIONAL: You may also have the option to enroll in one of our treatment research studies and receive free medication, such as Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT).
