Usual treatment for smoking includes medications to help you quit, such as nicotine replacement therapy, combined with behavioural support. We also know that hormone changes throughout the menstrual cycle can affect cravings or urges tosmoke. The purpose of this study is to see if usual treatment can be improved by timing your quit date to a specific phase of your menstrual cycle.
